#ONPASSIVE #OFounders #BillMust #AshMufareh #ONPASSIVE is the company that allows one to express themselves without trying to be someone they are not. Mr. Ash Mufareh’s creation of ONPASSIVE has attracted segments of all society of people to gather in a place where they are able to contribute, by giving their ideas about things that they would be afraid to reveal because they didn’t want to be criticized and thought of as being inferior. The reason that doesn’t happen in ONPASSIVE, is Mr Ash Mufareh! Mr. Mufareh does not think that he is a know-it-all who doesn’t listen to the ideas of people. If you have noticed in his webinars, Mr. Mufareh treats everyone with respect. No idea or question is irrelevant or stupid! With that attitude coming from our CEO, that opens up founders to express what is in their hearts and minds. Mr Mufareh never acts like a founder is wasting his time. Founders can totally relax while in the presence of Mr Mufareh. He makes himself approachable, not intimidating! How many CEOs of Multi-billion companies would give their people what Mr. Mufareh has given his founders in ONPASSIVE: his attention and Love! Founders have offered suggestions about the kinds of products that ONPASSIVE could possibly manufacture, and he has listened to those suggestions! No one has ever been Judged as not knowing about what they are talking! As long as suggestions are positive, you have the ear of Mr Mufareh. Mr. Mufareh is constantly commending founders on their ideas. He makes all founders feel equal, no matter how large or small the team he or she has! ONPASSIVE is a Judgement Free Zone, because of it’s creator Mr. Ash Mufareh! Founders creative juices can flow and they know for a fact that they will not be laughed at or ridiculed for expressing what’s in their hearts and minds! When expressions are allowed, it makes for a better environment and positive things happen! ONPASSIVE will be breaking records that were thought to be unreachable in the business world! The reason is a founder is not Judged on what his or her, religion, politics, race, ethnicity and gender are. This creates less controversy more freedom of expression. This creates a Judgement Free Zone! -------------------------- Please ask for permission before using any content created by Bill Must Productions or any content uploaded to this channel, Thank You! https://tinyurl.com/ycku5gle
