It's hard to wrap our heads around all of the things that have unfolded globally. It's been a year of many things… expected and unexpected. I don't know if any of us fully imagined the things we have seen this year or that they would have unfolded the way they have. And this is the point. We've gone through 2021 as part of a phenomenal journey through largely uncharted territory. We did it… and we're doing it… as one race; one family and one community. I want to congratulate you… to thank you… and to take this opportunity to briefly speak about change this holiday season… a season that means so much to so many in so many cultures with so many different ideas about what this time of year means. Despite our incredible diversity, we’re all focused on this time of year because it's a time of wrapping things up and a time for beginning anew. So, breathe easy. Things we see falling away are those things that are not sustainable. For us, new things are falling into place. But they don’t exist yet. We're creating them as we go knowing… all the while… these changes allow the possibility of something very, very beautiful. And we're a part of its creation with collective hearts and minds. We are in It to Win It.
